Every order is prepared and personalised by hand in Girona and leaves our studio within 3–5 working days of payment.

#### Delivery with SEUR

- Delivery in 3–8 working days, depending on your location.
- Outside the EU, any customs duties or taxes are paid by the customer.

### Exchanges & returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, unused and in its original packaging.

#### Returns within Spain — free

Write to us and we'll reply within 24–48 hours with your free return label and the next steps.

#### Personalised pieces

Pieces with a name or initials can only be returned if they are faulty or if we made a mistake.

#### Refunds

Once we receive your return, the refund is made to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
