1. Who we are

This website and online shop are operated by BANNCO TECH 2025, S.L.U. (Oliva Pet Atelier), NIF B75879718, with registered address at C/ Manel Bonmatí i Romaguera, 2, 17003 Girona (Spain). Registered in the Mercantile Register of Girona, sheet GI-76192, 1st entry. Contact: hello@oliva-atelier.com.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

3. Orders and shipping

We prepare and ship orders Monday to Friday, and all our delivery times are in working days. Within Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) we ship with SEUR, and orders usually arrive in 2-3 working days. Orders to the rest of Europe are shipped with DPD.

4. Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. To start a return, write to hello@oliva-atelier.com. We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Personalised pieces (for example, with your dog’s name or initials) are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless there has been a mistake on our side or the product is defective.

5. Warranty

All products have the legal guarantee established by Spanish consumer law. If a product arrives damaged or is defective, write to hello@oliva-atelier.com and we will find a solution.

6. Intellectual property

Oliva Pet Atelier® is a registered trademark (OEPM no. 4.315.025) owned by BANNCO TECH 2025, S.L.U. All texts, photographs, logos and designs on this website are protected; reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
