2. What data we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone and order details, to process, ship and invoice your purchase and to handle returns. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our tax obligations.
- Customer account: if you create an account, we keep your access details and order history. Legal basis: your consent and the contract.

- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we use your email to send you news about Oliva. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent.
- Website statistics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used (pages visited, device, approximate location), so that we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
- Advertising on Facebook and Instagram: if you accept marketing cookies, Meta receives the pages and products you view, what you add to your bag and your purchases (with the order’s contact details in encrypted form), so that we can measure our adverts and show our products to people who may be interested. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to run the shop: the carriers that deliver your order (SEUR, DPD and UPS), our payment provider, our web hosting provider (Kinsta), if you subscribe to the newsletter, our email marketing provider (Mailchimp) and, if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR. We will also share data with public authorities when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep order data for as long as the law requires us to (for example, tax and accounting obligations). We keep account and newsletter data until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, and enquiries for as long as needed to answer them.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to hello@oliva-atelier.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
